• Submit your pet’s information through our website by clicking on Submit My Dog or Submit My Cat or
• Be sure to fill out the participation form completely. This includes your contact information, your pet’s profile, and your pet’s biography.
• Send us a photo of your pet via email info@collaborativetails.com or USPS: 145 Orinoco Drive Box 219 Brightwaters, New York 11718
• You will receive a proof of your pet’s recipe page via email approximately 5-7 business days after submission. (Please provide a valid email address to ensure receipt of proof.)
